📜 Refund Policy

At Developify, we value client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital and service-based work, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

    • If a project is in progress or has been completed, no refund will be initiated.

  2. Refund Cases Allowed

    • Refunds are possible only if no work has been initiated after advance payment.

    • Refund may also apply if there are multiple missed deadlines and no part of the work is delivered.

  3. Advance Payment is Non-Refundable

    • All advance payments made to confirm the project are strictly non-refundable.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    • Delays caused by the client (e.g., not providing content, approvals, or documents) are not valid grounds for a refund.
