📜 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on developify.in and shop.developify.in.

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be provided if:

• Work has not started

• Service not delivered

• Genuine issue with the delivered item

• Refund request made within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Refundable Items:

• Completed services

• Logo design after concepts are shared

• Website design after demo is provided

• Software already delivered

• Custom services

• Domain, hosting, or third-party charges

• Payment gateway fees

3. Partial Refunds:

If work has started but not completed, a partial refund (30–50%) may be issued depending on progress.

4. Hardware Refund (PC Builds):

Full refund only if components are NOT ordered. After assembly begins → no refund.

5. Refund Process:

Email us at support@developify.in or info@developify.in with order ID, contact number, and reason for refund.

6. Processing Time:

Refunds (if approved) take 5–7 working days. EMI refund speed depends on lender (ZestMoney, LazyPay, etc.).
