These Terms apply to your use of developify.in and shop.developify.in, owned by Developify India. By accessing our website or purchasing a service, you accept these Terms.

1. Services:

We provide digital services such as website development, logo design, branding, software, GMB setup, and computer setups.

2. Pricing & Payments:

All prices are in INR. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree and EMI partners like ZestMoney. EMI availability is subject to lender approval.

3. Delivery Timelines:

Digital services: usually within 2 working days.

Logo design: 2–3 working days.

Computer setups: up to 7 working days.

Exact timelines are mentioned on product pages.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

Provide accurate details and respond promptly for smooth project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property:

All materials become the client’s property only after full payment. Before that, assets remain owned by Developify India.

6. Cancellations:

Allowed before delivery. If work has started, cancellation may result in partial refund only.

7. Liability:

We are not responsible for delays due to technical issues, third-party providers, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms follow applicable Indian laws.
