By engaging with Developify, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

• We provide IT, software, marketing, PR, business consulting, and related services.

• Project timelines will be shared in writing and may vary depending on client inputs.

2. Payments

• Advance payment is mandatory before starting any work.

• Advance payments are non-refundable.

• Full payment must be cleared before final delivery.

3. Revisions & Delivery

• Revisions are provided as per agreed scope.

• Any additional work beyond scope will be charged separately.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds if work has started or is completed.

• Refunds only apply if no work has been done at all OR if multiple deadlines were missed and no progress was delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide necessary content, documents, and approvals on time.

• Project delays due to client inaction are not our responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect damages (loss of business, profits, data).

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

7. Governing Law

• All terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
